Recipe Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup white chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and slat. Bland into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chips
Bake at 350°Fahrenheit (175° Celsius) for 9 to 10 minutes
I always use a baking stone for making cookies and the cookies turn out extremely yummy. The stone heats them more evenly and gives them just the right amount of not-too-crunchy crunch on the bottom.
