Before arranging think of some items you need but don't have and buy them before organizing your cupboards.
Place sachets in the corners of your cupboards to keep your kitchen supplies fresh and fragrant. Make bags with your favorite herbs and aromas and sew it and tie it well. You can put lemon, tea tree or eucalyptus aroma to keep away insects.
Put the most used plates and dishes in a separate cabinet for easy access in some place high or on a the lowest shelf if you have shelves. The cups, plates, bowls etc. you use every day should be easy to grab and find in a wider cupboard. On the other hand, fragile cups, porcelain, and tea or coffee sets you should be careful with, need to be stored higher out of reach.
Organize your pots and pans in lower cupboards or drawers near the stove. The most frequently used tableware, place in lower cabinets easier to grab. The less frequently used place on the lowest drawer or cupboard. Keep your utensils in a separate flat drawer. Arrange knives, spoons and forks separately.
