much easier and more doable.
Because I kept forgetting what I could eat next and when I could eat next, I made a little schedule. When I got hungry, or bored, or deprived, I would just look at the clock and voilá, I would know: "In a half hour I can an apple! Yay!" It made me look forward to eating these healthy foods... :)
No drudgery around here....
Feel free to tweak this schedule to fit YOUR needs and likes.
I included a blank version at the bottom for that purpose.
